Is Cash on Delivery (COD) really available with no extra charge?
Yes. COD is available across all serviceable pincodes in India at zero extra cost. Pay the delivery agent in cash or UPI when the parcel arrives at your doorstep.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placement. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days in metros (Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune) and 5–7 business days for other locations. You'll receive a tracking link by SMS and WhatsApp once your order ships.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, shipping is free on every order across India — no minimum cart value required. The price you see (₹399) is the final amount you pay.
What if items arrive damaged or missing?
We pack every order carefully, but if anything is damaged, missing or defective on arrival, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo or video. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping needed.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for any quality-related issue. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method, or to your bank account for COD orders. Hygiene-related items that have been opened may not be eligible — please reach out and we'll work something out.

Yes. All items are sourced from licensed Indian manufacturers and meet standard safety norms for household cleaning products.
